Salary: $47.23 - $70.85 per hour

What you will do
- Guide and manage compliance activities and initiatives for assigned ministries to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Provide expert strategic advice and guidance to ministry leaders regarding program goals and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and conduct internal investigations into compliance concerns and deliver documented recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate on the development and rollout of organization-wide policies, training, and communication tools.
- Monitor emerging risk areas and regulatory changes to ensure proactive organizational responses.
- Track compliance performance metrics and contribute to audit readiness and internal control strengthening.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance or consulting.
- Thorough understanding of healthcare legal and regulatory practices, as well as financial and internal control systems.
- Previous experience in project, program, or supervisory management.
- Must be based in the USA
Nice to have
- Experience in ambulatory or hospital settings involving clinical documentation and coding reviews.
- Expertise with Patient Driven Payment Models (PDPM), PDGM, IRF-PAI, and OASIS requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and Medicare Claims Processing Manual.
- Certifications such as CHC, CHPC, CHRC, or CCEP.
- Lean/Six Sigma training or certification.
