What you will do
- Manage staff responsible for provider outreach to support audit operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives within Service Operations and for external clients to align on execution paths.
- Design and execute change management for new processes, programs, and pilots.
- Develop process flows, policies, procedures, playbooks, and training materials.
- Perform ad-hoc strategy, research, and analytics to guide business decisions.
- Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Requirements
- BS Degree.
- 8+ years of Healthcare Operations experience in Claims, Payment Integrity, or Contact Center environments.
- Proven success in large-scale change management, process design, or business management roles.
- Strong analytical experience working with healthcare datasets to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Specific experience in Payment Integrity.
- Experience working with cross-functional remote and offshore teams.
