TL;DR

Location: Fully remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do

  • Manage staff responsible for provider outreach to support audit operations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives within Service Operations and for external clients to align on execution paths.
  • Design and execute change management for new processes, programs, and pilots.
  • Develop process flows, policies, procedures, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Perform ad-hoc strategy, research, and analytics to guide business decisions.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • BS Degree.
  • 8+ years of Healthcare Operations experience in Claims, Payment Integrity, or Contact Center environments.
  • Proven success in large-scale change management, process design, or business management roles.
  • Strong analytical experience working with healthcare datasets to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts or Visio.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Specific experience in Payment Integrity.
  • Experience working with cross-functional remote and offshore teams.
