What you will do

• Lead and manage services programs from initial setup through to delivery and realization of business value.
• Establish program governance models and coordinate dependencies and priorities between related projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, and the customer.
• Manage program financials, including budget reviews, margin targets, and accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform comprehensive risk and quality management to ensure solutions meet all requirements and standards.
• Mentor Project Managers and lead cross-functional teams to drive excellence and professional development.

Requirements

• Experience managing programs of medium to high size and complexity.
• Proven ability to guide customers through value identification and planning processes.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and risk analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel to appropriate work locations as required.
