Salary: $144,000 – $220,000 (depending on location and level)

What you will do

• Advise business teams on regulatory and payment scheme requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, and Risk teams to develop strategic controls.
• Perform risk assessments and testing to validate control effectiveness for new and existing features.
• Manage independent assessments, regulatory exams, and partner diligence requests.
• Maintain and update compliance policies to align with evolving global standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in product compliance or risk (fintech preferred).
• Expertise in BSA/AML, Sanctions, KYC/KYB, and OFAC screening.
• Knowledge of US and international money movement and digital asset regulations.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to influence automated system design.
• Ability to build and scale compliance programs in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with data design and compliance systems implementation.
• History of direct engagement with national or regional regulatory bodies.
