What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers across global regions.
- Design and iterate multi-channel outbound motions tailored to security leaders, CISOs, and DevOps teams.
- Partner with Marketing on demand generation, ABM programs, and inbound SLA optimization.
- Build and maintain SDR playbooks, messaging frameworks, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations on forecasting, territory design, and compensation planning.
- Align with Product Marketing on competitive intelligence and market positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales development or inside sales experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing SDR or BDR teams.
- Proven track record scaling outbound pipeline in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM, CDR, DevSecOps).
- Experience hiring and managing multi-regional teams and SDR managers.
- Strong executive presence and data-driven mindset.
