What you will do

• Partner with shift supervisors and operations managers to provide real-time coaching on workforce management.
• Resolve employee relations issues and ensure site compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Drive the performance review process and support leadership in succession planning.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support recruitment and onboarding for a specialized industrial workforce.
• Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance culture, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple shifts.
• Manage daily HR administrative tasks and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of supporting frontline leadership in high-demand, shift-based settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Relations (Preferred).
• Ability to work onsite in Garden Grove, CA.

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
