Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 base + variable

A high-growth multimedia company operating 20+ owned and operated media brands focusing on B2B partnerships.

What you will do

  • Oversee the Enterprise segment of the B2B sales team, managing a portfolio of advertisers with 1000+ employees.
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive retention, expansion, and new business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to execute integrated partnerships across newsletters, social, video, and podcasts.
  • Support account strategy and participate in key client and agency conversations to drive high-priority opportunities.
  • Evolve enterprise sales motions, account planning processes, and forecasting discipline.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of people management experience leading senior talent.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising, media, or adtech/martech industries.
  • Proven success in full-cycle enterprise sales, navigating complex sales cycles and six- to seven-figure partnerships.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with major agencies and brands.
  • Experience selling into Marketing, Brand, Content, Communications, or PR organizations.
  • Experience scaling sales organizations and improving operational rigor.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global's portfolio of media brands.
