Senior Business Systems Engineer (Salesforce & AI)

Location: United States and Canada

Base salary: $145,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Promote AI-driven automation across Business Systems using Einstein, Agentforce, and LLM-assisted development workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Contribute to CI/CD modernization, AI-assisted code reviews, and automated test coverage.
• Support billing and Quote-to-Cash workflows for subscription-based revenue models in collaboration with product and finance teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and Business Systems Engineers on technical design, sprints, and code reviews.
• Drive root cause analysis, technical debt reduction, performance improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce declarative automation.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI development tools such as Copilot, Agentforce, Einstein, or LLM-assisted coding workflows.
• Working familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and subscription-based revenue models.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, independent execution, and effective collaboration.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred; Python experience and modern billing platform experience are additional advantages.

Nice to have

• Experience with Orb, Metronome, Chargebee, or similar usage-based billing platforms.
• 1+ year of Python experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
