TL;DR

Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer (Cloud Security): Assessing technical requirements and demonstrating the value of hardened open-source builds to Fortune 500 enterprises with an accent on container and cloud security. Focus on leading POVs/POCs, securing technical wins, and partnering with engineering to align product features with client needs.

Location: Must be located in the Bay Area

Salary: $250,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales Team to help prospects evaluate and prove the value of the solution.
  • Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities, including demos and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage POVs/POCs.
  • Acquire new customer logos and grow the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with engineering to request and prioritize features based on client needs.
  • Represent the company at webinars, meetups, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into Enterprise and Mid Market prospects.
  • Proven background as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
  • Technical expertise in container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
  • Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and App/Cloud security.
  • Must be located in the Bay Area.
