What you will do

• Configure and optimize AI workflows to improve customer self-service and case deflection.
• Design conversational support flows and analyze automation performance metrics.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical solution designs for system administrators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes within Salesforce, Gainsight, and CXone.
• Isolate, triage, and resolve technical issues within the CRM ecosystem.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technology solutions to support Customer Success business needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success and Support operations.
• Proven experience in optimizing customer-impacting workflows leveraging AI.
• Demonstrated ability to automate processes within Salesforce and integrated tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into logical steps.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment on a CRM platform.
• Ability to work with autonomy and collaborate effectively across functions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Gainsight, Forethought, and CXone solutions.
• Salesforce administration experience or certification.
