What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes across 2–3 cross-functional software PODs, ensuring sprint commitment reliability of 90%+.
• Resolve team-level and cross-POD blockers with urgency, maintaining a visible impediment log.
• Coordinate iOS and Android releases and manage global development dependencies across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Implement AI-powered delivery improvements using tools like Claude Enterprise and GitHub Copilot.
• Provide delivery health reporting to leadership, including velocity, cycle time, and Definition of Done compliance.
• Coach teams toward higher autonomy, sustainable pace, and measurable agile maturity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated outcomes as an Agile Delivery Lead within software engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Scrum and Kanban, with daily hands-on use of Jira and Confluence.
• Technical fluency across mobile (iOS/Android), backend services, APIs, SDKs, and firmware.
• Experience coordinating distributed global development teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Active proficiency in using AI productivity tools to achieve measurable gains.
• Must be based in Deerfield, IL or San Francisco, CA
