What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of implementation project plans for large, strategic healthcare clients.
• Architect client-tailored implementation plans to identify risks early and ensure timely go-live.
• Act as a strategic liaison between Delivery, go-to-market, and product teams to deploy creative solutions.
• Monitor product performance post-go-live and transition clients to steady-state support.
• Coach and mentor Implementation Managers to handle increasing complexity.
• Refine internal tools and processes to scale the Delivery team's efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in senior project management, consulting, or operations within healthcare technology implementations.
• Required experience working with large hospital systems and/or payers.
• Expertise in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or EHR implementation.
• Proven ability to prioritize complex, interdependent workstreams to meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced executive communication skills for articulating status and risks to stakeholders.
