What you will do

• Manage the technical side of the post-sale lifecycle for the most strategic and complex accounts.
• Lead technical onboarding, integrations, configuration, and security reviews.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on identity, access, device trust, and SaaS security.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify risks, drive expansion, and maximize customer value.
• Mentor peer TAMs and develop scalable team practices, playbooks, and metrics.
• Represent the customer voice internally by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer) in B2B SaaS or security.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Advanced knowledge of identity protocols (SSO, SCIM, SAML, OAuth) and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Proven experience leading technical implementations for complex customer requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Experience mentoring peers and shaping customer lifecycle processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other password managers.
• Experience with SaaS lifecycle management or MDM/device posture tools.
