Lead Product Designer (DeFi)

What you will do

• Lead the product design function and collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• Design the full user journey across hirify.global’s product stack, making onchain complexity understandable and optimizing user flows.
• Surface risk, exposure, returns, and changing conditions so users understand their commitments.
• Conduct user research, interview users, observe behavior, and translate findings into concrete feature scopes.
• Partner with Engineering to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and design within protocol constraints.

Requirements

• Experience shipping a DeFi product to real users, with a portfolio demonstrating the work.
• Deep understanding of wallets, approvals, signing, gas, transaction lifecycles, and chain latency.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product work, systems-level thinking, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without an existing design team or design system.
• Ability to conduct independent user research and communicate effectively with Engineering and other functions.
• Deep fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
