What you will do

• Lead the product design function in close collaboration with Leadership, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Design end-to-end user journeys for the product stack to make onchain complexity legible and optimize flows.
• Create visualizations for risk, exposure, and returns to ensure users fully understand their commitments.
• Conduct independent user research, interviews, and behavioral analysis to define concrete feature scopes.
• Partner with Engineering to design solutions that work within real protocol constraints.

Requirements

• Deep on-chain fluency (wallets, approvals, signing, gas, transaction lifecycle, chain latency).
• Proven track record of shipping a DeFi product to real users.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking and obsessive attention to detail.
• Experience operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
