What you will do
- Build and expand profitable sales in the assigned territory through current account growth and new business prospecting.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to develop long-term, value-based relationships.
- Maintain and manage a clear sales pipeline to track growth and forecasting.
- Provide technical support and consulting services to enhance overall value for the customer.
- Coordinate with local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to maintain inventory levels and customer satisfaction.
- Manage pricing, service levels, and customer quotations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Chemistry (preferred).
- Knowledge of waste management services involving chemical handling and hazardous waste disposal (preferred).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude to uncover customer needs.
