Technical Solutions Architect (Microsoft AI)

Location: Must be based in Canada (Montreal, Toronto, Oakville, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia). Ability to travel up to 15%, including travel between the US and Canada.

Salary: $126,000 annually + 30% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Lead outcome-focused conversations to align Microsoft technology with business strategy.
• Develop AI, collaboration, and security roadmaps grounded in customer priorities.
• Architect end-to-end M365 solutions including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Design automation and AI governance using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Architect Zero Trust security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Defender XDR.
• Enable sales and delivery teams on modern workplace and AI innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, or delivering Microsoft solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Security.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Microsoft Entra, Defender XDR, and Microsoft Purview.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including between the US and Canada.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Microsoft certifications (M365, Security, or Power Platform) are preferred.
