Business Architect (AI)

Location: Canada. Work modes include in-person, hybrid, and remote; remote employees may need to travel for in-person team-building events.

What you will do

• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of hirify.global’s AI relevance platform.
• Design intelligent search, recommendation, and generative AI experiences across customer digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leaders to align goals and technology standards.
• Guide governance, planning, requirements management, documentation, and Agile delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with product management and customer success teams to improve future implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in professional services or consulting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to engage technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud, AI, and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and a strong advisor mindset.
• Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar languages.
• Salesforce or commerce platform experience; relevant certification is an asset.
