Recruiting Coordination Lead (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid (Foster City, CA)

Salary: $99,000 - $119,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators, managing performance and coaching professional growth.
• Manage complex and executive-level interview scheduling across onsite, virtual, and phone formats.
• Analyze scheduling metrics, interviewer capacity, and candidate experience data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead operational excellence projects, including interviewer training and interview loop standardization.
• Partner with Talent Operations and hiring managers to build scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a technology environment.
• Direct experience leading or supervising a coordination team.
• Proven ability to use data (metrics, capacity models, surveys) to inform process decisions.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of executing initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
• Familiarity with scheduling automation tools.
• Experience in recruiting operations and utilizing recruiting analytics dashboards.
