Campus Program Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with an option to work hybrid near offices in Salem, Oregon; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; or Fremont, California. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $93,000–$145,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own the year-round university recruiting strategy and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach through full-time onboarding.
• Build relationships with university career centers, research labs, student organizations, academic leaders, and other campus partners.
• Source early-career talent through university programs, competitions, specialized research labs, open applications, and referrals.
• Support hosting managers with project-scoping templates, check-in schedules, and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, events, and program logistics across multiple locations.
• Build cross-site campus culture through demos, social gatherings, learning sessions, onboarding kickoffs, and company-wide presentations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition.
• Experience developing relationships with university career centers, research labs, student organizations, and academic leadership.
• Strong organization and program management skills, including coordination of logistics, events, and candidate tracking across multiple locations.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills with business leaders, campus partners, and students.
• Ability to evaluate early-career candidates for potential full-time careers across AI, engineering, and business functions.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Experience in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics environments.
