Salary: $231,500 — $429,800 USD (Zone 3)

What you will do

• Achieve and exceed annual enterprise sales targets through disciplined execution and strategic account planning.
• Drive net-new adoption and platform expansion across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from executive discovery through close and expansion.
• Engage CIOs, CISOs, and VPs of IT to position hirify.global as a strategic partner in cyber resilience and data protection.
• Build and maintain accurate, inspection-ready forecasts and pipeline coverage.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering, Channel Partners, and Legal to lead pursuit teams.

Requirements

• Proven success selling complex enterprise solutions with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to win and expand strategic accounts.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within a channel-centric enterprise sales model.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and account intelligence tools.
• Must reside in Nevada, USA.
