TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Supporting prospects within the UKI region to understand the value of hirify.global with an accent on deep product knowledge and translating customer needs into tool-based solutions. Focus on partnering with EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller, presenting AI-powered collaborative work management solutions, and driving account strategy for key accounts.

Location: Must be based in London with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office).

Salary: £123,000–£140,000

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts.
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate how hirify.global addresses them through solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, including decks, briefs, and whiteboards.
  • Run customer Proof of Concepts to validate solution fit.
  • Support presale scale motions such as office hours and content generation.
  • Act as a thought leader in AI-powered collaborative work management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or Sales Engineering.
  • Located in London and willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30%.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context.
  • Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI technology (Agentic, LLM, AI-powered automation) and business models.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
