Sr. People Business Partner (AI)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada. Vancouver-based candidates follow a fixed hybrid model with three office days per week, Tuesday through Thursday. Remote candidates may work remotely if they are not based in Vancouver, with an annual company All Hands in Vancouver.

Salary: CAD 100,000–150,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead talent strategy enablement, organizational alignment, and change management for client groups.
• Deploy talent management frameworks covering capability mapping, succession planning, and skills-based development.
• Coach senior managers and advise leaders through complex organizational transitions.
• Use data and workforce intelligence tools to identify organizational design opportunities and track talent readiness.
• Build sustainable change adoption roadmaps that support implementation across business units.
• Partner with line managers to develop high-performing teams and connect talent decisions to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience as a strategic People Business Partner.
• Experience working in high-growth or change-oriented environments.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues through analysis, internal consulting, and creative problem-solving.
• Demonstrated success designing and executing organizational change initiatives tied to business goals.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders through outcome-focused advice.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, transparency, and conflict-navigation skills.
