What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI APIs, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Fabric infrastructure, including OneLake, Power BI, and Data Factory.
• Build multi-step agent workflows for data retrieval, reasoning, task automation, and document analysis.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using enterprise data sources.
• Develop secure API integrations and create reusable prompt engineering frameworks.
• Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency while ensuring governance and security standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI Service, and OpenAI APIs.
• Proven experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
• Expertise in vector databases, embeddings, RAG implementations, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Power Platform, Power Automate, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Must be based in New York City for a full-time onsite role.
