What you will do

• Build production-grade AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry, focusing on RAG patterns, embeddings, vector search, and prompt management.
• Develop and extend Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions, including plugins and connectors.
• Create complex solutions in Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop APIs and integration layers via Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management to connect AI to enterprise systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and environment management practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical AI designs and reusable patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and ALM practices.
• Proven experience shipping at least one production solution using Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js.
