What you will do

• Own ambiguous, cross-organizational AI bets from initial prototype to durable production tools.
• Build and ship a high volume of internal apps and automations for teams including CX, Trust & Safety, and GTM.
• Define reusable AI patterns, shared infrastructure, MCP servers, and evaluation harnesses for the entire organization.
• Implement RAG and retrieval pipelines and agentic workflows grounded in real business data.
• Integrate AI tools with internal systems and data sources via APIs, connectors, and event-driven workflows.
• Mentor other builders and lead enablement sessions to level up the company's AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a prolific builder with senior judgment, shipping fast and iterating with real users.
• Deep fluency in the current generation of LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and patterns like prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Strong systems-integration experience connecting AI to real data via APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to translate complex problems from non-technical users into working software.
• Must be based in or near company hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, or Australia.
