What you will do

• Ensure the reliable and timely execution of all data deliveries to customers via Platform Reports and Sentinel.
• Partner with vendors to resolve data delivery issues and address schema-related modifications.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy and Engineering teams to identify map gaps and enhance pipeline reliability.
• Lead exploratory analysis to understand data quality issues and implement appropriate workarounds or solutions.
• Gather feedback from internal and external users to maintain an actionable operations backlog.
• Implement new processes to enhance overall operational rigor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data product management or data product operations within the healthcare or life sciences domain.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience working with medical and/or prescription claims data.
• Proficiency in SQL for conducting data analysis.
• Required: Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the priorities and analytics needs of payer and provider healthcare users.
• Experience as a product manager in a B2B technology/software company.
• Experience working with agile/scrum teams in a highly cross-matrixed environment.
• Understanding of the US third-party payment system and its effect on claims data.
• Experience building or managing AI agentic workflows.
