What you will do

• Design, implement, and analyze sales incentive plans to ensure alignment with financial goals and monitor performance.
• Forecast monthly, yearly, and long-term commercial expenses, including headcount, variable costs, and commissions.
• Perform financial modeling to evaluate and refine pricing strategies and assess their impact on revenue.
• Act as a critical business partner for Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
• Provide actionable insights to increase sales performance and optimize marketing spend and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial reporting, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle, and reporting tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and corporate finance concepts.
• Must be based in Toronto for hybrid work.
