What you will do

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and annual audited statements in conformance with US GAAP.
• Manage statutory financial statements across multiple countries, including complex sub-consolidation in the UK following IFRS.
• Oversee and lead the accounting team, ensuring high data accuracy and efficiency in the month-end close process.
• Manage revenue recognition policies (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and lease accounting (IFRS 16/ASC 842).
• Serve as the primary contact for banks regarding credit management and lead interactions with ratings agencies.
• Lead M&A activities, including divestitures, sale transactions, and complex accounting models for goodwill impairment.

Requirements

• CPA or CA auditor certification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience preparing consolidation statements for medium-sized multi-company and multi-currency organizations.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and IFRS with the ability to author accounting memos.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and template creation.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
• Fluency in English and French.
