What you will do

• Analyze financial contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Translate complex contract terms into accurate billing instructions to facilitate invoice generation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to operationalize onboarding and establish billing setups.
• Manage finance case queues and purchase orders to ensure revenue integrity and operational efficiency.
• Validate and apply CPI (Consumer Price Index) increases during billing cycles.
• Oversee invoice delivery processes and resolve discrepancies or customer inquiries impacting billing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a financial analyst, contract analyst, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
• Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• AI fluency and use of M365 Copilot or Claude.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex contract rates and data with high attention to detail.
