Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON, Canada) - expectation of working in the office 1-2 times per month.

Salary: $76,000 - $102,000 annually + 10% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Own and maintain robust financial models to support strategic business decisions, annual planning, and monthly forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives via variance analysis and assumption assessment.
• Analyze P&L results against forecasts and plans to provide detailed insights for business guidance.
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting and data visualizations using PowerPoint.
• Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to automate repetitive data compilation and report generation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing ad-hoc scenario modeling and decision support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional Designation Required (CFA, CPA, or MBA).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for complex financial modeling.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools to automate manual workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office 1-2 times per month.
