What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key performance drivers.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop automation solutions using macros and VBA to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze data from Oracle, Salesforce, and EPM planning systems.
• Prepare dashboards and financial insights for leadership and partner with Sales and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Experience with macros and VBA.
