Compensation Range: 85,000 - 95,000 CAD and Bonus

What you will do

• Prepare accurate US GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets, and KPIs for operating companies.
• Perform quality assurance on finance and accounting work, including GL postings and revenue recognition.
• Analyze budget-to-actuals and operational revenue/expenses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Support the operational and financial integration of acquisitions based on M&A business cases.
• Develop ad hoc reports and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote portfolio efficiency.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the business as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• University degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Accounting designation or working towards one.
• Experience with NetSuite.
