What you will do

• Lead negotiation and structuring of high-value partnership agreements, ensuring commercial, IP, and security priorities are met.
• Own end-to-end "Sell To" deal execution, including pricing, billing, capacity planning, and contract renewals.
• Partner with finance, engineering, legal, and product leadership to translate agreements into executable operating models.
• Drive financial modeling, forecasting, and pricing analysis to support long-range planning and deal decisions.
• Create executive-level dashboards and briefs to drive decision-making on capacity allocation and risk tradeoffs.
• Design and enforce governance models, including executive escalation paths and contractual guardrails.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of owning multi-stakeholder commercial agreements and complex deal management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, specifically in pricing strategy and forecasting.
• Experience working with AI products, platforms, or services (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to operate in San Francisco, CA and influence at the executive level.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and/or write code for product demos and prototypes.
• Experience with global partnerships or highly regulated industries.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects for 2+ years.
