TL;DR

Senior Business Development Manager (AI Verification Platform): Leading high-stakes partnership negotiations and structuring strategic agreements with an accent on commercial terms and product integration. Focus on designing mutually reinforcing growth frameworks, developing financial deal models, and managing executive-level alliances.

Location: Hybrid (must work from the office 3+ days a week). Hubs in San Francisco, Denver, Nashville (USA), or Santiago (Chile).

Salary: $238,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

  • Set end-to-end negotiation strategies for complex, multi-year partnership agreements and renegotiations.
  • Architect deal structures with meaningful product integration components and aligned incentives.
  • Translate GTM strategy and relationship context into effective negotiation positioning.
  • Develop and stress-test financial models and deal scenarios to quantify value and trade-offs.
  • Build and sustain executive-level alignment to accelerate decision-making across organizations.
  • Define repeatable negotiation frameworks and playbooks to raise the commercial bar for the BD org.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total experience, including 4+ years leading high-value commercial negotiations in partnerships or bizdev.
  • Expertise in structuring deals with product integration components, including data rights and technical milestones.
  • Proven track record of renegotiating long-standing strategic partnerships to create durable mutual value.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to pressure-test deal models and understand P&L implications.
  • Partnership-first commercial mindset focused on long-term structures rather than transactional closing.
  • Must be based in or able to work from a hub location (SF, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago) 3+ days a week.
