Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary (OTE: $300,000)

What you will do

• Coach and mentor a team of regional directors to manage their respective sales and implementation teams effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide accurate weekly performance forecasts using Salesforce.
• Align with sales leadership on KPIs, procedures, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and implementation leadership to accelerate plan launches.
• Develop and refine the skill sets of regional directors to ensure consistent best practices.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading front-line sales leaders in the Retirement Services, HCM, or Payroll industry.
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll companies, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel nationally for field rides and conferences.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive maturity.
