Area Vice President (Fintech): Leading and scaling regional sales teams to drive retirement plan adoption for small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on sales forecasting, performance management, and strategic partnership development. Focus on building high-performance sales cultures, optimizing end-to-end sales processes in Salesforce, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary (OTE: $300,000)

What you will do
- Coach and mentor a team of regional directors to manage their respective sales and implementation teams effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide accurate weekly performance forecasts using Salesforce.
- Align with sales leadership on KPIs, procedures, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and implementation leadership to accelerate plan launches.
- Develop and refine the skill sets of regional directors to ensure consistent best practices.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading front-line sales leaders in the Retirement Services, HCM, or Payroll industry.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll companies, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel nationally for field rides and conferences.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive maturity.
