TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Driving revenue and market share in the rental real estate market by building pipelines for Property Management Companies with an accent on outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. Focus on establishing relationships with senior executives, managing CRM pipelines, and educating prospects on the value of the platform.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week onsite)
Salary: $57,000 – $85,000 USD OTE (depending on location)

What you will do
- Drive revenue and market share within the rental real estate market through new client acquisition.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers via outbound efforts.
- Handle and follow up efficiently with all incoming inbound leads.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of a partnership.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Consistent track record of quota attainment.
- Skilled in phone, email, and social media prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in or eligible for relocation to New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City.
