TL;DR

Associate Client Development Executive (Medtech): Driving new business development and supporting client relationship management for healthcare IT solutions with an accent on lead prospecting, pipeline growth, and complex sales cycles. Focus on identifying high-value hospital opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to sales targets in the mid-west to Eastern U.S. region.

Location: Remote U.S.-based role. Candidates must live near a major airport and be available for 50-70% overnight travel.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus ~$40,000 bonus.

What you will do

  • Prospect and research to qualify net-new Paragon opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell efforts.
  • Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and large physician groups.
  • Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals that highlight product value.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline activity to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contribute to closing efforts.
  • Partner with senior team members to foster long-term client relationships and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or business development.
  • Foundational understanding of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician groups.
  • Experience with B2B complex solution sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and willing to travel 50-70% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
