Location: Remote U.S.-based role. Candidates must live near a major airport and be available for 50-70% overnight travel.
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus ~$40,000 bonus.

What you will do
- Prospect and research to qualify net-new Paragon opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell efforts.
- Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and large physician groups.
- Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals that highlight product value.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline activity to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and contribute to closing efforts.
- Partner with senior team members to foster long-term client relationships and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare IT sales or business development.
- Foundational understanding of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician groups.
- Experience with B2B complex solution sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must be based in the U.S. and willing to travel 50-70% of the time.
