Salary: OTE $100,000 (Base: $70K, Variable: $30K)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for first-time sales (FTS) in the Senior Care SMB segment.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads to drive pipeline growth.
  • Sell Educate and Care platforms using a solution-based selling approach.
  • Navigate buying committees including practice owners and clinical decision-makers.
  • Build consultative relationships by analyzing clinical workflows and reimbursement models.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline data within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Clinical background in rehabilitation (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RN, or LPN).
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience working with or selling to home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Familiarity with OASIS and HOPE training and hybrid care concepts.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to manage multiple sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
