What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce parts.
• Prepare CAM files using Mastercam based on CAD files, prints, and instructions.
• Ensure all parts meet tight manufacturing requirements and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on shop equipment.
• Manage job organization and material inventory.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet quick turnaround times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a CNC Milling or Lathe machine operator.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR compliance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting.
