What you will do

• Perform full machine set-ups for new and repeat jobs, reviewing job travelers, blueprints, and tooling requirements.
• Set up and align work holding, including vises, fixtures, and soft jaws.
• Execute offset adjustments to maintain high dimensional accuracy during production.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and document inspection results and production data.
• Conduct dry runs, prove-out processes, and complete first piece article inspections.
• Collaborate and communicate technical issues with team leaders, quality, and engineering departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Laconia, NH, United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with CNC milling machine set-ups (3-axis; 4-axis preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working with tight tolerances and precision parts.
• 3-5 years of experience in CNC Mill Set-Up.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC Mills.
