What you will do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mill machines utilizing G-code.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints, job orders, and tooling layouts to determine machining specifications.
• Align raw materials and secure workpieces using chucks, collets, or dedicated holding devices.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and continuously monitor tool wear patterns.
• Perform precision inspections using micrometers, Vernier calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following strict 5S principles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis machining centers.
• Strong ability to read industrial blueprints and interpret geometric dimensioning.
• Advanced math aptitude and basic PC skills for production data entries.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds routinely.
