What you will do

• Develop and improve process specifications, operating procedures, and manufacturing engineering standards.
• Provide production support to ensure CNC and robotic equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Manage installation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new and existing robotic and CNC systems.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop process control solutions, including vision systems and laser sensors.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions for scrap and rework.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including 3-4 years in a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Relevant knowledge of med-device manufacturing, QC Inspection, and Process Monitoring (SPC).
• Full-time work authorization in the US is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and multi-axis CAM systems.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and experience with Agile PLM.
• Knowledge of cellular manufacturing and secondary finishing processes.
