What you will do

• Manage fleet vehicles, accessories, and equipment tracking using Excel and internal systems.
• Administer and promote fleet safety programs, including weekly safety scorecards and driver behavior monitoring.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, registrations, and state transfers to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee transportation of vehicles between locations, job sites, and external repair shops.
• Perform vehicle inspections and ensure equipment like fire extinguishers and toolboxes are properly installed.
• Respond to vehicle incidents and collaborate with the safety department on reporting and training.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in fleet or transportation management is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 15%).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and resolve complex issues.
