What you will do

• Manage pre-clearance reviews of shipping and customs documentation to ensure accuracy and customs compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to resolve documentation discrepancies and risks.
• Orchestrate document workflows and exception management processes within the GTM Command Center and digital trade platforms.
• Monitor operational KPIs, broker response timelines, and workflow statuses to ensure timely trade compliance support.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of GTM operational workflows and SOPs across new countries and clients.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports to analyze turnaround time, exceptions, and operational trends.

Requirements

• Experience in validating shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, etc.).
• Ability to act as a central coordination point between multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring and the preparation of operational performance reports.
• Experience with SOP development and process optimization initiatives.
• Capability to conduct user onboarding and system testing during implementation phases.
