What you will do

  • Optimize a $226m logistics expenditure portfolio to meet cost, quality, and service objectives.
  • Lead strategy development and deployment for North American logistics procurement requirements.
  • Execute complex sourcing efforts and negotiate contracts with logistics suppliers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of network optimization for the distribution fulfillment model.
  • Collaborate with Legal to ensure efficient negotiation and enforcement of complex agreements.
  • Manage freight settlement reporting and resolution using SAP (S/4 Hana, Ariba, Concur).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Proven familiarity with ocean transportation operations and regulations.
  • Proficiency with SAP ERP and related systems (S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur).
  • Strong ability to negotiate and manage complex agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional, cross-geography teams.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
