What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, errors, or carrier challenges.
• Communicate effectively with shipping sites, carriers, and internal teams.
• Handle high volumes of emails and system updates while prioritizing urgent requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple transportation modes including TL, LTL, rail, and bulk.
• Maintain accurate shipment, rate, and operational data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across systems like email and TMS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with gas, chemical, bulk, rail, or hazardous material transportation.
