What you will do

• Review and respond to transportation quote requests for TL, LTL, brokerage, and specialized services.
• Generate accurate pricing solutions by applying tariffs, pricing structures, and operational considerations.
• Coordinate quote and order registration activities within internal systems to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Partner with agents, customers, and internal teams to clarify service requirements and identify transportation solutions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to manage service availability, capacity, and execution requirements.
• Train agents and users on quote entry, order registration, and related system workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, pricing, quoting, or finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret pricing structures and operational requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting TL, LTL, brokerage, or auto transportation operations.
• Familiarity with tariffs, transportation pricing methodologies, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience working with carrier networks or logistics service providers.
