What you will do

• Shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for emerging consumer products and experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Own and launch 0-to-1 initiatives, products, and strategic programs.
• Develop strategic frameworks, market analyses, and financial models to support executive decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate execution and improve decision-making velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, growth, product strategy, or business operations within high-growth consumer technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities and business judgment.
• Experience with consumer-facing products, marketplace ecosystems, or creator platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY.
