What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Commerce, balancing growth and creator experience.
• Lead the development of mobile-native commerce experiences to optimize monetization performance.
• Drive revenue growth through new product innovation and expansion into emerging virtual goods markets.
• Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers across multiple product lines.
• Partner with senior leadership across Engineering, Design, and Data Science to align on strategic priorities.
• Define success metrics and establish rigorous frameworks for measuring product impact on revenue and engagement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading monetization or commerce products.
• Proven track record of leading multi-layered product organizations and managing product directors.
• Deep experience scaling direct-to-creator monetization products in consumer technology.
• Strong understanding of global payment systems and commerce regulations.
• Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with live streaming or creator platforms.
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform businesses.
• Familiarity with virtual goods and digital commerce.
• MBA or advanced degree.
