Location: Remote or Hybrid (USA). Preference for candidates based near Deerfield, IL or Bentonville, AR. Requires up to 30% domestic travel.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with assigned accounts to achieve annual and quarterly top-line sales plans.
- Develop account strategies and shared plans to support product success in omni-channel environments.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance product visibility.
- Gather market trends and competitor activity data via supplier portals and store visits.
- Support e-commerce initiatives including retail media, content, and online marketplace coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- Experience working with national, club, or mass retailers or e-tailers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for sales data analysis and presentations.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight stays.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Prior experience supporting Walmart or high-volume strategic retail accounts.
- Experience using Scintilla, Madrid, POL, and/or Circana for performance analysis.
